Find Your Perfect Home
Browse our curated listings or check if your future home is part of the Zereba network. If it's a Zereba partner, you'll have the option to rent with SafeLease. If not, refer them to us, and we'll set up their account so you can rent deposit-free.
Apply with Ease
Check out available rental plans, compare monthly rates, and submit your application. Our team will quickly review it, and upon approval, you can activate your subscription by making the first premium payment.
Make Your First Month's Rent & Get Your Keys
Once your first month’s rent is processed, you’re good to go! Collect your keys and step into your new home—no stress, no delays.
Keep Your Unit in Top Condition
Document your unit’s move-in condition using Zereba’s inventory feature. This helps prevent disputes and ensures any wear and tear is fairly assessed at the end of your lease.
A Smooth Move-Out
When it’s time to leave, a final inspection will be conducted.
If any damages are found, you’ll receive a detailed breakdown of
any repair costs, with the option to settle or dispute them.
Ensure all outstanding amounts, including rent, repairs, and
utility bills, are cleared before moving out to avoid any
issues. Our team is here to guide you and answer any questions
throughout the process.
